For the average titration volume you can only use concordant volumes, i.e. volumes that differ from one another by no more than #+-"0.1 mL"#.

You need at least two values that are within that margin of each other. In your case, only two of the three titration volumes are concordant.

The first titration volume differs from the other two by

#Delta_"volume" = 24.60 - 24.85 = "-0.25 mL"#,

so you cannot use this value when calculating the average titration volume.

Therefore, your average titration volume will be

#((24.85 + 24.85)"mL")/2 = "24.85 mL"#
