`(3x)/sqrt2 = (3x)/sqrt2 sqrt2/sqrt2 = (3xsqrt2)/2`

`(x^2-1)/(x^2-4x-5) = ((x+1)(x-1))/((x+1)(x-5))= (x+1)/(x-5)`
