Try this:

(1) 3x - 6y = 3 ---> Multiply by 5 -> 15x - 30y = 15 (1)
(2) 7x - 5y = -11 -> Multiply by -6 -> 42x + 30y = -66 (2)
Add (1) and (2) -> 57x = -51 ->
6y = 3x - 3 = 3(x - 1) = 3(-36/19) = -108/19 ->
