You can figure this out by looking at a solubility graph for sucrose, which looks like this

At room temperature, sucrose has a solubility of approximately 2000 g/L. If you want to double sucrose's solubility, you're going to have to heat the solution to approximately #90^@"C"#.

To determine sucrose's solubility at various temperatures, just follow the graph until you come to the point you want.

For example, at #60^@"C"#, sucrose has a solubility of a little under 300 g/L.
