Since the domain is so small, it is practical to just substitute each value from the domain into the equation in turn.

When #x=-3#, #y = (5xx-3)-2 = -17#
When #x=-1#, #y = (5xx-1)-2 = -7#
When #x=0#, #y = (5xx0)-2 = -2#
When #x=1#, #y = (5xx1)-2 = 3#
When #x=3#, #y = (5xx3)-2 = 13#

The range is the resulting set of values #{-17, -7, -2, 3, 13}#
