ops...there is one bracket missing!!! I'll try two configurations:

Explanation:

1] After #2#: #[4-(7-5(2-3)+2color(red)(->))]+3=#

#[4-(7-5(2-3)+2)]+3=#
I would try with this:
Bracket:
#=[4-(7-5color(red)((2-3))+2)]+3=#
#=[4-(7-5color(red)((-1))+2)]+3=#
Now multiplication (inside the bracket):
#=[4-(7-color(blue)(5(-1))+2)]+3=#
#=[4-(7+5+2)]+3=#
and solve inside the bracket:
#=[4-14]+3=-10+3=-7#

2] After #3#: #[4-(7-5(2-3)color(red)(->))+2]+3=#

#[4-(7-5(2-3))+2]+3=#
almost as before BUT...!!!
#=[4-(7-5(-1))+2]+3=#
#=[4-(7+5)+2]+3=#
#=[4-12+2]+3=#
#=-6+3=-3# !!!!!
