It is a polynomial, so the domain and range are from negative to positive infinity. There are no #x# values for which #y# is undefined, and vice versa.

You can write this as:

#x in (-oo, oo)#
#y in (-oo, oo)#

which means "x and y are in the unbounded domain of negative infinity to positive infinity".

graph{(4 - 2x)/5 [-10, 10, -5, 5]}
