Explanation:
In biochemistry, when a unstable molecule reacts and changes to a more stable form, it liberates a form of energy in the system. This energy may be used in various ways, such as to catalyze other chemical reactions. This principle is observed for the ATP molecule, our biological "fuel", which can be easily broken by out organism and liberates an amount of energy used to enhance other vital reactions in our body.
