The equation is balanced.

Explanation:

This is an acid/base reaction with both a strong acid (HCl) and a strong base (NaOH). Whenever you have a reaction like this your products will be H2O and the conjugate base or acid.

You can observe the conservation of mass as the HCl loses its H atom and the NaOH loses its hydroxide (OH). Together they form the water molecule.
The reagent side has one Na, one Cl, two H, and one O. As does the product side.
