Explanation:

Red dwarfs are small extremely common stars in the observable universe. They are about 7 to 50% the mass of our Sun and have a much lower temperature range compared to the Sun. The temperature of a typical red dwarf star is about 2700 degrees Celsius.

Their small temperature range means that they burn their fuel very slowly compared to the Sun. Red dwarfs happen to live for a trillion years but eventually they will consume all of their hydrogen and when they do they will end up as a white dwarf. A small dead star.

The nearest star to our Sun Proxima-Centauri is a Red-Dwarf Star.
