According to the chain rule:

#f'(x)=3(6e^-x+2)^2d/dx[6e^-x+2]#

Once again applying the chain rule:

#d/dx[6e^-x+2]=6e^-xd/dx[-x]#

#=>-6e^-x#

Thus,
