Very nice solution to this problem and I was impressed with the work you did with the fractions. A very common error occurred from line three to line four involving subtraction. Here's the error:
+161/8 -7

+ 161/8 - 56/8

+ 105/8 not - 105/8

So now the rest of the solution becomes:

-105/8 + 4 = (21x)/8 - (4x)/5

-105/8 +32/8 = (105x)/8 - (32x)/8

-73/8 = (73x)/40

-5 = x
