The gradient / slope is 2.52.5

Explanation:

To find the gradient / slope of a line from two points, we need to find the difference in yy and the difference in xx. To do this, we take the first set of coordinates away from the first (think of it as your finishing point take away your starting point to find the difference).

"Difference in "x = 0 - 2 = -2Difference in x=02=2
"Difference in " y = 0-5 = -5Difference in y=05=5

Then to find the gradient we divide the difference in yy by the difference in xx.

(-5) / -2 = 2.552=2.5

So the gradient is 2.52.5.
