Explanation:
Both organs are different in size because the stomach is medium sized and can expand to hold large amounts of food whereas the small intestine is very long and is about a metre and half
The stomach breaks down the food with it's gastric juices e.g. pepsin and the small intestine absorbs the nutrients from the food with finger-like projections called villi
