#y^9/(64x^3)#

Explanation:

Consider the example #b^(-1)#.; This can be written as #1/b#

Basically the negative exponent turns 'upside down' the elements it is applied to. In this case it is everything inside the brackets.

#((4x)/y^3)^(-3) " " ->" "(y^3/(4x))^3#

Notice that in turning it all upside down the exponent of -3 becomes +3

#((y^3)^3)/((4x)^3) = y^9/(64x^3)#
