Yes, but breasts are for both men and women.

Explanation:

Breasts are considered as a secondary sexual characteristic which contain mammary glands in women but none in men. Since men don't conceive children, women have been gifted with breasts which could produce milk if they are pregnant because of the hormone called prolactin which deposits milk in the breasts and oxytocin which would expel it out and make the mother feel good breastfeeding her child although most, if not all men, may have also taken advantage of this peculiar hormonal function in their adulthood.
