Sauna bath may have harmful effect on sperm production in males.

Explanation:

Human testicles are located outside abdominal cavity, hanging within scrotal sac. Here they enjoy a lower temperature (2 degree C less than body temperature) which is essential for normal spermatogenesis.

Taking sauna bath experience means exposing the testicles to temperature above 60 to 70 degree C (they must be retained at 35 degree C). Sperm count declines when sauna bath is taken regularly.
