An element can't have a molecular weight. An element has an atomic weight (aka relative atomic mass).
Explanation:
A molecule would have a molecular weight, and a molecule is made up of a mixture of atoms, for example, sodium chloride (NaCl). An element is a collection of atoms that are all the same, for example, all the atoms are sodium (Na). Hence, an element can't have a molecular weight because it is not a molecule.
