Bashai is left with #23# cakes

Explanation:

Let us assume Firawari baked #x# cakes, then Bashai baked thrice i.e. #3x# cakes.

As Bashai gave away #115# cakes, now he has #3x-115# and Firawari's #x# cakes are twice as many.

Hence, #x=2xx(3x-115)# or

#x=6x-230# or

#6x-x=230# or

#5x=230# and #x=230/5=46#

Hence, Bashai had baked #3xx46=138# cakes and as he had given away #115# cakes, he is left with #138-115=23# cakes.
