horizontal asymptote at #y=3#
Vertical asymptote at #x=0#

Explanation:

If you look at the equation, there is one evident asymptote which is when #x=0#,it's a vertical asymptote since #x≠0#
THe other one is when #xrarr+-oo#, # yrarr3# So #y=3# is a horizontal asymptote
To caculate the intercept with the x axis, put #y=0#
#0=7/x +3# So #7/x=-3 # and #x=-7/3#
