The Boston Tea Party caused several results...

Explanation:

The British Privy council was furious, so they passed four Coercive Acts to make Massachuessets pay for the tea that was thrown overboard and to also restrict its rights.
1) The Boston Port Bill closed the Boston Harbor to shipping, meaning that they couldn't import or export goods.

2)The Masschuessets Government Act annulled the colony's charter and prohibited most town meetings.

3) The Quartering Act mandated new barracks for British troops, meaning that more British soldiers were being imported to the colonies.

4) The Justice Act allowed trials for capital crimes to be transferred to either other colonies or to Britain.

So these four laws were all part of the Coercive Acts that restricted Massachuessets of the many "priveledges" that England had let it enjoy.
Hope this helps!
