How big are black holes?

Infinitely small if you are considering the volume of the actual singularity.

Explanation:

Theoretically, the volume of a black hole should be as close to zero as possible (like the volume of a single neutron). In actuality we are not 100% positive this is the case, but no matter how you look at it the volume is very very small.

That being said, the mass of a black hole is quite large so the density is almost infinite.
