Can I create a sentence that says that a girls lassitude permeated throughout her?
Would that make sense?

Explanation:
Almost, but there are some things to watch:
-
"girls" will need an apostrophe to indicate ownership. So you could write something like: "The girl's lassitude..." or "Jane's lassitude..."
-
The word "throughout" is redundant. "Permeated" already implies "throughout".
-
Since lassitude tends to imply passivity, perhaps it would be more appropriate to make the girl the passive object of the sentence, e.g. "Lassitude permeated Jane".
