If the strong nuclear force ceased to exist the only element would be Hydrogen.

Explanation:

To set the record straight there is no such thing as the strong nuclear force. The so called strong nuclear force is a residue of the colour force, propagated by gluons, which binds quarks into protons and neutrons. This residual force binds protons and neutrons into atomic nuclei.

If the colour force were to cease to exist, no elements could exist. If the strong nuclear force residue ceased to exist only Hydrogen nuclei could exist as the binding energy for heavier elements would no longer exist.

If the weak nuclear force ceased to exist radioactive decay involving the conversion of protons into neutrons and vice versa would no longer be possible.

If either force ceased to exist all stars would be unable to produce energy by fusion. The Universe would become a very cold place.
