Here the longest chain of the compound containing principal 2 functional groups $- C O O H$ $-COOH$ has total $7$ $7$ C-atoms.
So stem name is 'hept'

and the compound is saturated one .

So next suffix added with it is 'ane'

After that suffix for two $- C O O H$ $-COOH$ groups i.e . 'dioicacid' is added.

The only substituent carboxymethyl $(- C H_{2} C O O H)$ $(-CH_2COOH)$ group is linked with the main chain at position $C_{4}$ $C_4$ . So this name is to be added as prefix with locant $4$ $4$ before it
