He was the leader of the Bolshevik revolution.

Explanation:

Lenin led to the overthrow of the Russian Provisional Government in October 1917. He establihed communsim in Russia, he shifted quickly to a more moderate policy called the NEP(New Economic policy) which combined collectivism and a certain amount of private enterprise.

He created the USSR(Union of the Soviet Socialist Republics) in 1922 and died in 1924.

Lenin can be described as the father of communism in Russia, many statues and representations of him are still standing thoughout the country.
