By Brønsted–Lowry acid–base theory, a species formed by the reception of a proton H^| by a base is a conjugate acid . Again the species formed by leaving a proton by an acid is a conjugate base.

So to get conjugate acid from a base we are to add one proton (H^+) to it.
Hence by adding proton (H^+) to HSO_4^- we will get the conjugate acid of the given base HSO_4^- and it is obviously H_2SO_4

HSO_4^(-) + H^+ ->H_2SO_4
