$y=4t$ and
$z=1-2t$

If $A(x_1,y_1,z_1)$ and $B(x_2,y_2,z_2)$ are two points,

parametric equation of line $AB$ is

$x=x_1+tx_2$ , $y=y_1+ty_2$ and $z=z_1+tz_2$
