Future development of Bose-Einstein condensate experimentation could lead to incredibly fast communication, quantum computers and enormous data storage.

Explanation:

The Bose-Einstein condensate is a gas of Bose particles that have been 'frozen' to near zero degrees Kelvin. At this temperature, the gas slows down to the point where it has almost no 'kinetic' energy of motion. As a result the gas condenses into a state defined as the Bose-Einstein condensate.

Experimentation in this field has enable researchers to slow the speed of light to a stop.

One of the most interesting observations of this phenomenon is the superfluid characteristics of the condensate.
Superfluid characteristics and light experimentation may lead to computers, data storage and communication that are far beyond our present experience.

It may be a matter of time to see how soon experiments on Bose-Einstein condensate will lead to walk-in video surround-screens
derived from the storage of light. And why not use light storage (frozen light) in the manufacture of fuel cells or super batteries?
