Stars are formed from huge clouds of Gas and dust in space.
Explanation:
These clouds are known as Nebula. Due to some shock waves some gas gets accumulated in one place..AS this increases its mass its pull of gravity increases ans slowly more gas is accumulated. When this began to compress itself the part of nebula began to spin. When the core temperature and pressure increases fusion reaction of hydrogen fusing into Helium takes placer at temperature of 15 million degree, This began to emit light and heat from its surface
