At normal temperature atmospheric gases are inert. It is a mixture of Nitrogen, Oxygen and Carbon dioxide.
Normal atmospheric pressure at sea level is 760 mm Hg.
Therefore partial pressure of Nitrogen is 78% of 760 mm Hg.
Partial pressure of oxygen is 20.78% of 760 mm Hg.
Partial pressure of Carbon dioxide is 0.03% of 760mm Hg
