Temperature is a measurement, heat is a form of energy.

Explanation:

All molecules are moving at all times (always have kinetic energy to some extent), and this correlates to the amount of heat in an object. So heat is basically the amount of kinetic energy in the object.

Temperature, on the other hand, is simply the way we measure the average heat of an object.
