I believe that there is no such function.

`lim_(xrarr-5^-) f(x) = oo` and

`f'(x) <0` on `(-oo,1)` are not both possible.

A function can not approach infinity by decreasing.

If `lim_(xrarr-5^-) f(x) = -oo`, then we have a problem with concavity.

The condition `f''(x) > 0` on `(-oo,-3)` requires `f` to be concave up left of `x = -3`.
