Atomic radius generaly decreases as we move from left to right.

The radius of Noble gases is the greatest as :

vanderwall radius#>#metallic radius#>#covalent radius

As we move from left to right, the effective nuclear charge(#Z_(eff)#)
increases but there is no change in shielding effect(#sigma#) of electrons as they are added to the outermost shell of atom.Hence the nucleus pulls the electrons closer to itself decreasing the atomic radius
