"Concentration HCl"=12.7*mol*L^-1

Explanation:

How did I get that figure? Well we need a value for the density of HCl; this site reports that the density of 38% HCl is rho=1.189*g*mL. Now we need this value if we are to approach the question......

"Concentration"="Molarity"="Moles of solute (mol)"/"Volume of solution (L)"

And thus....."molarity" using a volume of 1*mL....

=((38%xx1.189*g*mL^-1xx1*mL)/(35.45*g*mol^-1))/(1xx10^-3*L)=12.7*mol*L^-1.
