Interesting question. There are many possible ways to create trans-uranium elements. There is a huge difference between a theoretical pathway and an economic one.

As a business proposition it is much more complex. The costs of production and market value are neither well-defined nor fixed. The current "value" is not really a reflection of the "cost". And of course, as a radioactive material, you begin losing significant parts of your product as soon as it is manufactured!
