#3/2m + 5/6#

Explanation:

Divide #(9m^2)/(6m)# this is #3/2m#(this is the first term in the quotient)

Multiply #6m# by #3/2m#

# 3/2mxx6m = 9m^2# subtract #9m^2# from #9m^2# this leaves 0

Now divide #5m# by #6m#:

#(5m)/(6m)= 5/6#(this is the second term in the quotient).

Multiply #6m# by #5/6#

#5/6xx 6m = 5m#

Subtract #5m# from #5m# this leaves 0

There are now no more terms to divide, so our quotient is:

#3/2m+ 5/6#

This process needs to be done in columns, but the math formatting in Socratic doesn't seem to allow you to do this, or a least I haven't figured it out yet.
