#f(-3)=-1#.

Given, #f(x-1)=2x+3#.....(1). for all values of #x#.

Now, #f(-3)#

#=f(-2-1)#

#=2xx(-2)+3# #larr# From (1).

#=3-4#

#=-1#.

For #f(-3)#, the value of #x=-2#.

Therefore, #f(-3)=-1#. (Answer).
