$x$ intercept: $x=3$
$y$ intercept does not exist

$-3+x=0$ is equivalent to $x=3$
which graphically is a vertical line crossing the X-axis at $x=3$

Such a line does not cross the Y-axis (and thus there is no $y$ intercept).
