There will be a force of replusion, #F_r#, because both charges have the same sign. Coulomb's Law, in equation form, tells us that the repulsive force will be
#F_r = (k*q_1*q_2)/r^2#

Plugging in the data and working it out gives us

#F_r = (9.0times10^9 N*m^2/C^2*(-22.0times10^-9 C)*(-22.0times10^-9 C))/(0.06 m)^2#

#F_r = (9.0times10^9 N*m^2/cancel(C^2)*(-22.0times10^-9 cancel(C))*(-22.0times10^-9 cancel(C)))/(0.0036 m^2)#

#F_r = (9.0times10^9 N*cancel(m^2)*-22.0times-22times.010^-18 )/(0.0036 cancel(m^2))#

#F_r = (9.0times10^9 N*22.0times22.0times.010^-18 )/0.0036 #
