For isothermal process, change in temperature i.e delT =0 so,change in internal energy(delU) is also zero.

So,from 1st law of thermodynamics we can say, del Q=del W

And it's value is expressed as nRTln((Vf)/(Vi)) (where,n is the nos of moles,R is universal gas constant,Vf is the final volume of the system and Vi is the initial one,T is temperature in Kelvin)

Here, n=1,T =(273+27) or 300 K, (Vf)/(Vi) =10,R=8.31 SI units

So, del Q = del W = 5740.344 Joule
