Here's how I did it:

First, we need to find the slope. We can find the slope using the formula #(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)#.

So now let's plug in the values of the two points you have:
#m = (4-2)/(-1-2)#
(m = means slope)

#m = 2/-3#

#m = -2/3#

Now we can use one of our points and the slope and plug it into the point slope form equation above:
