Earth's gravitational force is pulled inwards and towards its core at all times. Thus, no matter where you are on Earth, you will feel the gravitational force since the Earth is round shaped. If you are wondering if there's any additional effects of gravity at the bottom side of the Earth, it would be the same as the top side, no changes. What happens because of gravity on top side of the Earth is the same at the bottom side as well.
