Explanation:

As there are #4# green Skittles among a total of #24# Skittles,

probability of drawing a green Skittle is #4/24=1/6#

When this is replaced, we again have #4# green Skittles among a total of #24# Skittles and hence probability of drawing another green Skittle is again #1/6#.

Hence probability of drawing a green Skittle, replacing it, and then drawing another green Skittle is #1/6xx1/6=1/36#.
