Ribosomes and lysosomes do not participate particularly cell respiration but as cell organelles responsible for protein synthesis and excretion respectively they do participate in the process generally.
Explanation:
Ribosomes are responsible for protein synthesis. Enzymes and cell organelles like mitochondria, directly responsible for respiration would depend on ribosomes for repair and replenishment of these.
Lysosomes are responsible for cell excretion and in management of excretory and damaged cell organelles. So old damaged mitochondria would need to be lysed and removed from the cell .here lysosomes would participate in the process.
