Which would cause more damage to skin, conc. hydrochloric acid, or dilute hydrochloric acid?

Hydrochloric acid is an oxidizing acid. Conc, hydrochloric acid would give you an horrendous burn if it splashed on you. Dilute hydrochloric acid would still hurt, but you would have time to wash it off with copious water.
