You didn't define a functional difference between "specific resistance" and "resistance" (assuming overall resistance). With the dimensions given, it also requires definition of the direction - around the tube, across (through) the tube, or along the tube. Also, given the dimensions, that specific resistance is taken to be a ratio, not a product, e.g. $1.7 \times {10}^{- 8} \frac{O h m}{m}$
Thus $5 m \times 1.7 \times {10}^{- 8} \frac{O h m}{m} = 8.8 \times {10}^{- 8} O h m$
