$A+ B = 57$

Let $10x = 0.bar36$ . Then $1000x = 36.bar36$

Subtracting the two equations, we have:

$1000x = 36.bar36$
$-10x = 0.bar36$

$x = 36/990$

$x= 2/55$

Thus $A+ B = 2 + 55= 57$
