Yes... in fact there are exact solutions for all the atomic orbitals of hydrogen atom in spherical coordinates, #psi_(nlm_l)(r,theta,phi) = R_(nl)(r)Y_(l)^(m_l)(theta,phi)#.

And likewise, these orbitals are accurate for #"He"^(+)#, #"Li"^(2+)#, #"Be"^(3+)#, etc. What is special about these atoms?
