We all know that #R=rho**L//A#

And #rho# is the property of the material.
That means #rho# depends on the material used.
So by changing material you are actually changing its value of #rho#
This shows that increasing #rho# of material increases Resistance.
But we all know that.
#V=IR#
So #I prop 1//R#
So Increasing #rho# will decrease #I#(current)
We also know that increasing resistance decreases current.
